Our ESG approach is guided by the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed SMEs (VSME), which provides structure and direction for our sustainability efforts. A dedicated ESG Steering Group supports the company with integrating environmental and social considerations into our operations. ESG values shape our decision-making processes, long-term strategic planning and corporate policies.
